The revised 5S game allows you to learn by experience first hand the benefits 5S can provide.
The simulation comes as a pdf presentation complete with detailed instructions as foot notes accompanying every slide. We have also added the popular printable trainers guide.
The purpose of the game is to prove the benefits of implementing 5S in your organization
By playing several rounds (assembling robots from blocks, before and after implementing Sorting and then Straightening) we will demonstrate how we can increase the throughput while using the same number of people and how the work is so much easier and better ergonomically.
Below is a representative sample of the slides in the presentation.
Due to them being a gif image their quality is far lower than the real presentation slides.

At the end of the third round, opportunities for Standardization will be discussed, to further improve the operations. Best practices will be brainstormed to Sustain the 5S.
The object of our game is the new creation of the Space Robotics Corporation, the Robot.
Briefly, the agenda is as follows:
The assembly instructions for each station (6 in total) can be printed from the presentation and they are ready to be used.
