From Batch to Flow Game
Experience our powerful new batch to flow simulation game. In general, people enjoy practical experiments instead of hundreds and hundreds of slides. However, there are some simulations that they might have experienced that were difficult to run and understand.
Unlike those, Post-It Notes simulation is easy, fun and encourages team work, discussions, brainstorming and quick understanding of the Lean principles.
This simulation works even for larger groups as the materials are very simple.
