C. If you did not download your file right after your purchase, and the purchase is less than 10 days old, please follow the following instructions:
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to the Web Store by clicking here.
2. At the top you will see Log In. Just click on it. (as shown in this picture below)
3. Enter your email address (as shown in this picture below)
4. Enter your password (as shown in this picture below)
5. Once you are signed in, at the top you will see "My Account". Click on it. (as shown in this picture below)
6. There you will see the orders listed, according to what you purchased. Please click the button labelled VIEW. (as shown in this picture below, as an example only)
7. It will bring you the order details page where there is a button labelled DOWNLOAD (as shown in this picture below, as an example only). Please click it and save the file to your computer.
8. If you purchased more than one item, PLEASE REMEMBER TO DOWNLOAD EACH OF THEM.
9. Remember to save a backup copy on your computer.
