Lean Ball Game 

Everyone can benefit from first hand experience, our newest simulation is for everyone early in the Lean Training program, it will powerfully demonstrate the benefits you can gain from implementing Lean.

It is fast and fun game played with three ball about the size of a tennis ball, and played in groupd of 6 to 8 people. During the game they will see the difference between traditional methods and modern Lean methods.

Additionally this game will help build a team attitude, and break the ice between players in a fun way.
