- Lastly how do you test their learning and growth, well it means your expert now needs to spend time developing, administering, and marking quizzes.
- You have to track the training, which means creating a whole new set of files or computer records, and time and paper to record and keep them.
- Hiring an outside consultant to lean your Lean transformation:
- Once again the outside consultant will being spend much of their time in training and teaching your staff in groups of 10 to 20 people, in each concept they need to learn. This mean they are not actively help implement Lean in your organization. Let us all be honest, even a bargain basement consultant cost $100.00/hour. Is it a wise use of your money to have them spending time teaching when there is a cheaper option.
- You still need to deal with the; learning, testing and tracking of your staffs’ new training, and do you want to be paying your consultant to do that as well.
- Trying to Learn about Lean and implementing it yourself:
